Why roasters partner with us

A new sales channel that runs itself

BeanBurds puts your coffee in front of the UAE's specialty community — the BeanBurdies — without adding a single task to your day. Think of it like dropshipping for your roastery: your beans, our platform and delivery.

🛍️

We build the storefront

Send us your product details and our team lists everything for you. You don't need to touch a dashboard unless you want to.

📦

You hold your stock

Nothing is consigned or handed over. Beans stay fresh on your shelf and only move once a real order comes in.

🚚

We handle delivery

A delivery company collects from you and takes it to the customer's door — next business day, to all seven Emirates.

How it works

Four simple steps, start to payout

From listing to getting paid, here's exactly what the partnership looks like day to day.

1

List your products

Share your product details — names, origins, roast levels, tasting notes, sizes, prices and photos — and our team gets everything listed on BeanBurds for you. Prefer to list yourself? You can do that too.

We can do the listing for you
2

An order comes in

The moment a customer orders your coffee, we let you know straight away — by WhatsApp and email — with everything you need to get it ready.

Instant WhatsApp + email alert
3

Pickup & delivery

Along with the alert, we send you the order details and a ready-to-print shipping label. Pack the order, print the label and attach it, and the delivery company collects it from you and takes it to the customer. Timing depends on when the order lands — the cut-off is 12:00 PM (see the delivery windows below) — and customers receive their coffee the next business day.

4

Get paid

We charge a commission on each sale and pay you out at the end of every month. The commission and terms are agreed together and set out in your partnership contract.

How timing works

One simple rule keeps everything moving: the 12:00 PM cut-off decides when an order is collected. Either way, the customer gets it the next business day.

Orders before 12:00 PM
Picked up the same day by the delivery company → delivered to the customer the next business day.
Orders after 12:00 PM
Processed for pickup the same day or the following daydelivered to the customer the next business day.

Next-day delivery refers to the next business day. We deliver across all seven Emirates.

Commission & payouts

Simple, transparent, monthly

You only pay when you sell. We take an agreed commission on each order and settle up with you every month.

How you're paid

We collect from the customer, deduct the agreed commission, and pay out your earnings at the end of every month. No upfront fees, no cost to list.

Commission rate

Agreed together

Your commission and the full terms are discussed with you and confirmed in your partnership contract — tailored to your products and volume.

How we keep it smooth

The bit that protects everyone

A few simple principles keep your brand, your pricing and the customer experience consistent — across every roaster on the platform.

🏷️

Consistent pricing

We list your products at your original retail price, so your pricing stays consistent wherever your coffee shows up.

Promotions, together

Want to run a special offer or discount to promote your beans? Just reach out and we'll set it up with you.

🤝

Delays handled fairly

If an order is ever delayed — whether it's on the delivery company, the roaster or our side — we step in to mediate so the customer still has a smooth experience.

🌱

Roasted within 2 weeks

Every coffee sent to a customer must be roasted within the last two weeks. Anything older is subject to a refund request — so the customer always gets it fresh.

📦

Order errors

If an order goes out wrong because of a roaster-side error, the replacement and its re-delivery cost sit with the roaster. We always coordinate it with you first.

Good to know

Common questions

Do I have to hand over my stock?

No. Beans stay with you and only move when a customer orders — it works like a dropshipping model, so your coffee is always roasted fresh.

Who lists my products?

Our team can list everything for you from the details you send. If you'd rather manage your own listings, that's fine too.

How will I know when I get an order?

We notify you immediately by WhatsApp and email the moment an order comes through, and send the order details plus a ready-to-print shipping label. You print the label, attach it to the packed order, and the delivery company collects it.

Who sets the price?

We list at your original retail price to keep things consistent. If you'd like to run a promotion or discount, reach out and we'll arrange it together.

What happens if an order is delayed?

Whatever the cause — delivery company, roaster or BeanBurds — we step in and mediate so the end customer's experience stays smooth.

How fresh do the beans need to be?

Only supply coffee roasted within the last two weeks. Anything roasted more than two weeks before dispatch is subject to a refund request, so customers always receive it fresh.

What if an order goes out wrong?

If the mistake is roaster-side, the replacement and its re-delivery cost are covered by the roaster — we'll always coordinate it with you first.

Where do you deliver?

Across all seven Emirates, next business day.

When do I get paid?

At the end of every month, based on your sales that month less the agreed commission.
